Bike geometry data provided through the Service may be sourced from various manufacturers and public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of this data.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or display content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in such content.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• That errors or defects will be corrected
• That the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components

Bike geometry data is provided for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on this information.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BIKESPEX, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BikeSpex and its licensees and licensors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BikeSpex operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
